The name "Paris" is derived from the name of the Gallic tribe "the Parisii" and Lutece was the capital of the Parisii". After the conqest of Gaul by Julius Caesar in 52-1 B.C., it became formally known as "Lutece parisiorum" ("Lutece of the Parisii")We shall be at the Hotel Lutece in Paris. I feel hysterically historical.
