Since it was my mother's 70th birthday on Wednesday (can you believe how old she must have been when I was born!?) today we are celebrating her birthday with a party in the town where she lives. Perhaps details will follow when I get home.

In any case, here is the slide show/mini movie I've prepared for her party. I thought this might be a nice way to share it with people who couldn't make it to her party. It's just over ten minutes. Enjoy if you choose to.

Jim, thank you for sharing the video of your mom's life - what great fun! I was bummed that I couldn't be there to celebrate her most special day, but the trip from Berkeley was a bit of a drive...

At any rate, now I feel as if I got to be there. Your folks are such wonderful people, and I am delighted your mom was feted in grand style!

Best regards,

Kathy Seibert

Did she love it?? I love it. As I told you before, I cried when I watched it and I don't even KNOW your family.

Jim ~ What a great tribute to your mom! I'm sure she loved it. I had wanted to come to her party; now I feel at least a little like I was there.

Hope all is well with you; would love to connect sometime when you are back in town.

Take care! Love, Gayle Crabtree

Jim - You did an awesome job on this. Where on earth did you find the tupperware song?! My mom and Barb have been tupper friends for many years. I enjoyed watching. Thanks for posting it so all those of us who could not make it to the party could view it. -Lori(Scott)Sheets
