I forgot to bring the cable that connects the camera to the computer. So though I may be able to tell you what I had for dinner last night at chef Alain Ducasse's restaurant Mix in "The Hotel" at Mandalay Bay, what good is the decsciption without the photo?
I can tell you that on a Saturday night while all of Vegas was revving it up to PARTY, we were winding down and home in bed by midnight. Which caused me to wake up at 7:30 am. In Vegas.
So after breakfast at Buochon (photos still in camera) we still had time to kill before work started today.
Now on whim I borrowed a pedometer from my friend Rachel. She couldn't verify its accuracy, and though I've walked and counted a fair bit, I have no idea how accurate it is either. I am guessing it is under counting my steps.
I put the pedometer on when I got dressed this morning and before we even started working we had walked 666 steps. That was to breakfast, through the new sister hotel of the Venetian, Palazzo, out past the Wynn hotel and over the Fashion Show Mall (naturally). Then all of that back to the hotel room. 666 steps.
Then hauled ass out to the Sands Expo for set up and all that goes with that, and now finally back to the room. The pedometer gives me 2216 steps. And that is just over a mile. So there you have it, on a very normal day, I am walking about a mile a day before dinner. Now I am headed to the gym to do some cardio. Probably the treadmill.
The new Palazzo hotel is the view from my window. That and Treasure Island and the Fashion Show mall.
