So I know I was focused on the food that last post and all anybody really wants to hear about is my work. So here's about my work. It's very tiring.
Sunday we worked a regular day of setting up.
Monday we worked a regular day of setting up.
Tuesday things became a shitty mess and we worked about a 12 hour day of setting up with a follow up after dinner, then Lyle went to bed about midnight and was back at 5 am to meet the issue first thing in the morning. Why the frantic pressure? Oh yeah, the show opened at 9:30 Wednesday and the video screens were no where near correct.
Problem NOT solved, but done as best can be for the day, I met Lyle at 7 with coffee and we raced about like chicken with no heads. Very fast, very circular, very short runs.
At 11 we walked away and got breakfast. Waiting for Lyle outside, I was leaning against a post and finally learned that it is possible to fall asleep standing up. At 1 we got massages. Lyle went to bed after and I felt a manic surge of energy from no longer being in pain and went to... a mall!
Then it was back to the show, close the booth, wait for the video people to return to re-fix last nights problem. After dinner, another walk back to the booth around 10 pm and finally all is complete.
Lyle is in bed, and I am headed out to the opening night party at Rain at the Palm's Casino and hotel. It will be arduous work, but I will muddle through all the taxi ques, big boobs and fake people to be with some extremely fun people a free alcohol.
I truly do suffer.

Eeek, I didn't know it was possible to fall asleep standing up.
Well, I hope everything goes swimmingly from here on out.
YOU poor doll! All that hustle/bustle pre-booth bullshit. But the dining and clubbing sounds awesome!
Say "hello" to Storm for me...
You have to tell us about the crowds. What was the vibe?
Where are all of the pics of you in Vegas looking FAAAAB-UUU-LOOOUUS!!??
I'm waiting....
Get that cord, dammit and give us pics! There's going to be a riot soon if you don't!
